ZOOM INSTALLATION
FOR VOICE & VIDEO CONFERENCE CALLS

STEP 1

Click on the below link to download Zoom Client
https://zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe

STEP 2
Depending on the browser, follow the steps to download and Install

Browser FireFox Click Save File (wait until the download completes) Click on the download and open the file to Install
Browser Internet Explorer Press Run (Wait until the download completes) Press Run again to Install
Google Chrome Wait until the download completes Click on the arrow and open file to Install

STEP 3
• After Installation, Zoom application will open up, or you can type Zoom in search window to start the application
• Click Sign In

STEP 4
• Click Sign Up Free – available at the bottom right of the screen
• You will be redirected to the Zoom Web site for registering
• Give your email address to register and follow the simple authentication as instructed by the site

• After Sign Up in the web site, use the same credentials to sign in from the above screen

STEP 5
• Below main screen display after successful login
• New Meeting request can be made

Note: If Zoom request received in email, clicking on the link provided in the email will automatically install the zoom client
